Notification – wrong address of a 3rd party
Registered property owners can look up who is registered in their property and report the incorrect registration of those who do not live there.
Registered property owners, relatives and those who have may be affected by the legal domicile registration of a person other than themselves can send in a notification regarding the registration of a third party, if they consider the person's legal domicile registration to be incorrect.
- Registered owners can look up who is registered in their property and report an incorrect registration.
- Relatives and others who may be affected by a persons legal domicile registration open the notification of a change of address and select „Report wrong address of a 3rd party“ on the form.
Please note this type of notification cannot be registered automatically and a process is initiated where an attempt is made to contact the person concerned in order to inform the of the notification and they are given an opportunity to correct the registration themselves. Therefore changes to the registration may take some time to be fully processed.
