Your application for system ID number for a foreign nationals has been received. The application processing time can be up to 4-5 working days and you will be informed when the application has been processed.
Please note that:
- Staying longer than 6 months: If the individual that you apply for intends to stay in Iceland for more than 6 months he/she needs to apply for a registration of legal domicile in Iceland. Further information will be sent via email.
- Individual is younger than 18 years old: If the individual that you apply for is not of legal age, the application will not be processed until all sufficient documents have been submitted. Further information will be sent via email.
