Registration of an EEA or EFTA nationals for a period exceeding three months
Application for citizens from EEA/EFTA area for a confirmation of a right to stay in Iceland for longer than three months. Note that you have to go to Registers Iceland or the nearest police office and present passport and other mandatory documents, before the application can be processed.
Registration certificate will be sent via email when registration has gone through.
The general processing time can be up to 10 days after all sufficient documents have been submitted.
